GLEN COVE RADIUS MAPS

 The map should be drawn to scale and show the size and location of all parcels within a radius of 100 to 300 feet from the subject property.

 Map should be drawn to a scale no smaller than 1” =50’, showing size, use and location of all parcels, and zoning district lines located within a radius of 300 feet measure from all points of the subject property. The map shall have printed on it, the name, address and section, block and lot numbers of each parcel depicted on the map, the name of the applicant and the date which the radius map was prepared. 

All parcels within 100' must be mailed a certified receipt

All other parcels will need to receive a first-class envelope.

  10 copies (3 originals) of a radius map 

Lots within 500 feet of a municiple boundary shall be notified by mail in the above-prescribed form to the clerk of the adjacent municipality. 

  In the case of a use variance or special use  permit the radius map shall contain, in addition, the seal of a licensed land surveyor or licensed professional  engineer affixed thereon and shall contain the zoning districts of every property shown on said map,  

 It shall depict to scale every building foundation and parking lot located within said radius.  f.  The following provisions shall be applicable to a use variance application: 10 photocopies (3) of the deed
