Non-Residential Radius Map

  1.  We will measure 100’, 200’ and 300’ from all four (4) corners of your property; then draw radius from those corners.  
  2. • Show all street names within the 300’ radius. 
  3.  • Show closest cross-street.  
  4. • Indicate on all lots -     Dimensions of lots within the 300’ radius.  -  Include the Lot numbers - How property is zoned? (RES for Residence; BUS for Business; VAC for vacant; etc.…)   
  5. • List owner’s name in all lots within 300’ radius.  
  6. • If application requires a front yard setback variance, you must put the setback dimensions on the lots within 200’ of the subject property on the same side of the street.   
  7. • Show north arrow pointing up on the top right-hand corner.  
  8. • Show scale (Must be 1” – 60’).   
  9. • For Subdivisions, show all structures within 200’ radius including proposed structures.  
  10. • Complete the required information on the right-hand side of this sample (Ex. - Preparer’s Name; Subject Property Address; Section, Block & Lot; Date Prepared; etc.…) 

Residential Radius Map

  1. • We will measure 100’ and 200’ from all four (4) corners of your property; then draw radius from those corners.

  3. • Show closest cross-street.  
  4. • Indicate on all lots -     Dimensions of the lots within the 200’ radius.  -  Include the Lot numbers. -  How is property zoned? (RES for Residence; BUS for Business; VAC for vacant; etc.…)   
  5. • List owner’s name in all lots within 100’ radius.  • If application requires a front yard setback variance, you must put the setback dimensions on the lots within 200’ of the subject property on the same side of the street.
